Maybe you missed Chicago Comic-Con, or you just didn’t feel like paying the sometimes absurd prices associated with it. Not to fear! You have 2 easy options coming up in the next few weeks!

Edge Comic-Con is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2009, from 10:00am to 5:00pm in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Admission is only $3. We hear Jim Krueger (of Earth X, Justice, and Project Superpowers fame) is one of the possible guests lined up! It’s scheduled to coincide with Edgerton’s Chilimania, the Midwest’s largest chili cook-off, so there will be some great food close by!

Windy City Comicon is just one week later on Saturday, September 19, 2009, in Wrigleyville, Chicago! With special guests like Geof Darrow, Gene Ha, Tony Moore, Richard Starkings, and Skottie Young, it’s hard to go wrong (and to stop listing names)! While we understand (and abhor) the toll prices in Illinois, it helps that admission is only $10!
