Just in time for the celebration of our country’s birth comes the comic that begins the rebirth of comics most famous patriot. Captain America #600 (still available for your reading pleasure) recently dropped the bomb that there might be a way to bring back Steve Rogers, the original Captain America, from his presumed death. In Captain America: Reborn #1 (of 5) we get the beginning of the examination of Steve Rogers’ life, with two or three other plot lines that will intertwine to tell a broader story that has been in the works since Brubaker took over the writing chores. We will see the trials his fellow heroes endure in trying to bring him back, as well as stories about Rogers’ past and why he is and will always be Captain America.
